Little surprise from Hubby today...

He dismount in the morning and told me that he sent his mum to Clementi to see doctor.

Out of sudden...He asked if i had my lunch n so on...

And few mins later....He is standing outside my office n msg me to open the door as my office is using access card.

He came in with our lunch n drinks.

I'm so happy with the little surprise...

Thank you hubby...U're so sweet.

And he stayed for quite some time to accompany me and chat with me...

We mentioned about renting our future flat also...

We mentioned that after renting out for 5 yrs...We will sell the hdb flat away to get cash and buy private housing and rent it out again for extra income but we will NEVER rent our master bedroon...LOL....

Seems like it is a gd ideal right...

Our aim is still the traditional thinking of getting the 5Cs...

Cash, Car, Career, Credit card and Condo....

As you can see...the first 4Cs should not be a problem...the problem is only the last Cs...."Condo"

Looking forward in our future...

On Monday, we shared lots of things too.

He told me his ideal age to get marry is 24 or 25.

And i asked what if your bro not gg to stay with ur parents den how???

Den he ask den we stay with mummy n daddy want?

I did not reject him this time...

Coz on the other side i feel of good points...

Like i still agreed to stay with his parents but we will still buy our own house and rent it out to collect rental every month..

He smiled and also thinks tht this is a good choice...

Of coz...we will not stay for free...I do not want in future pple say things behind us also...

We will definitely give his parents allowance not only his parents but we both agreed to gif both parents...to be fair....
